Well in this video Laurie March and I experiment with a ricotta-based ice cream with caramel and chocolate chips that you can make without an ice cream maker. It was so good when I tried it that I shouted, "DAAMMMNN!" But they cut that out becuase it made the crew laugh. The point is, make this and eat it. Full recipes are here. /dan
