This week, we welcome four distinguished new presidents into the Sporkful Junior Eaters Society (SJES) -- where all members are presidents.

Meet two-year-old Tierney from Raleigh, NC. Her seriously innovative ice cream eating technique speaks for itself:

At the ripe old age of 9, Violet from Fairport, NY, already has mastered seafood and takes particular delight in whole sardines, anchovies, and whole fish (she has dibs on the eyeballs!).

And 10-year-old Evangeline (below, top) and 11-year-old Hudson from San Diego clearly display a rare passion for carrot sticks and orange slices:
