Ten-Year-Old Sporkful Eater Challenges Taco Construction Orthodoxy

Evan, a ten-year-old Eater from Dover, NH, shows well-developed Sporkful technique at a very young age:

My friend Nathan told me about your podcast and I love it. Please do a show on tacos. So to the point. Last night, as I was having my tacos, I thought why is everything in layers? So I tried mixing everything together on my plate and I did that by putting some meat on my plate and putting a little less beans than meat on my plate and putting some sour cream on my plate and then I mix it all together and put it in your taco shell, add a little salsa if you want it, then sprinkle some shredded cheese on top. There you go you have an Evan style Taco.

There we go indeed. Evan reminds us that it's never too early to find new and better ways to eat. /mark
