While Mark and I certainly do indulge our palates on a regular basis, we aren't especially unhealthy eaters overall. It's safe to say, however, that you probably don't associate The Sporkful with healthy eating. And you certainly don't associate our latest GastroLab video on how to get more crispy, burnt cheese into your grilled cheese with a whole lot of health. But blogger Robin Shreeves obviously sees potential where we don't. She was kind enough to include us in this article, entitled "7 Ways to Make Grilled Cheese Healthier."
