Hey guys - love your podcast. The view from my laptop is in a classroom at The New England Culinary Institute, where I am currently a student in the BA in Culinary Arts program. It's only my third week, and I'm having a blast. The photo was taken on a Friday around 4:30 pm in our professional development class, where we work on our resume and cover letters. The chef instructor whipped up a snack of som tam salad (traditional spicy Thai salad), which tasted amazing! Everyone got to try a bit, and then we guessed all the ingredients.
Does this mean we can officially say that The Sporkful is part of the NECI curriculum? /dan
