To Love Marc Maron Is to Love Croissants

The Sporkful

Rod discovered us through Marc Maron's certified awesome podcast and has been working his way through our previous episodes. He writes that he's been in agreement with many of the points expressed, but when we questioned the sandwichability of croissants, Rod rose to their defense:

I love croissants. Their soft, flaky texture and buttery flavor made me fall in love with them from a very young age. Due to my feelings I've try to incorporate them into as many dishes as I can, including sandwiches. How to slice a croissant you ask? Simple. Refrigerate overnight and then slice with a serrated blade. The cold croissant is much easier to cut while still maintaining the bread's structural integrity.

Rod, you are definitely a Sporkful Eater. Welcome to our world. /mark
