Can we have a discussion of Eaters' most divisive holiday dishes? I create a savory cucumber salad in the form of a lime Jell-o-based mold--Lime Jell-o, cucumbers, onion, mayo, and vinegar. Some of my family is convinced I am playing a decades-long practical joke every year, but I swear it's the greatest dish ever created.
