A Culinary Appraisal of Selleck Waterfall Sandwich

Icecream

Selleck Waterfall Sandwich is the rare site that delivers absolutely everything promised. I'm especially impressed with the care SWS gives to the ice cream sandwich's environment. There's nothing more disappointing than biting into an ice cream sandwich wilted into a drippy frown by the heat. There's no danger of that here.

SWS could have found a better example of pastrami, though. There are too many lean pieces. A good pastrami sandwich needs a balance of lean and fatty slices for full flavor and optimal texture. When poor Selleck puts down his glove and takes a bite, it'll be drier than the sand in Quigley Down Under.

And yes, this particular bologna sandwich does deserve to die. /mg
