Cheap Office Lunch Ideas Needed

This email came to us from Elih in Ammon, Idaho. We address it in this week's podcast, but we also want your input. Any suggestions for Elih?

The economy is bad, I have a lot of debt, and I can't afford the $4-5 meals offered at work. That may not seem like much money to some, but for me it's a lot to spend on lunch every day. I usually bring lunch to work, but it's not always left-overs from dinner. Recently it's been zap-fried cheese hot dogs... I usually eat at my desk.

I need meals that take five minutes or less to prepare, can be made at work, cost less than $4, and can be eaten in 15-20 minutes. Resources include: Fridge, sink, and a microwave. Anything you can suggest to expand my limited diet at work?
