The foot-long 'haute' dog is made from pure beef, grilled in white truffle oil, sandwiched in a pretzel bun imported from Germany, and toasted with white truffle butter. Added to the mix is a delicious topping of medallions of duck foie gras with black truffles. It's served with mouth watering condiments of black truffle Dijon mustard, caramelized Vidalia onions and heirloom tomato ketchup.
Man, it's amazing how adding a few onions to a hot dog can drive up the price. /dan
