A Culinary Appraisal of Selleck Waterfall Sandwich

Selleck Waterfall Sandwich is the rare site that delivers absolutely everything promised. I'm especially impressed with the care SWS gives to the ice cream sandwich's environment. There's nothing more disappointing than biting into an ice cream sandwich wilted into a drippy frown by the heat. There's no danger of that here. SWS could have found a better example of pastrami, though.

Sporkful listener Mike in Queens, NY, writes: I have trouble eating kabobs.  My problem is I don't know how best to eat them. Does one hold the kabob horizontally, grabbing each end of the stick and eat it like one would corn-on-the-cob?  The problem here is you have to gauge small bite sizes, lest you risk grabbing splinters with your teeth.
