Johanna Mayer is a producer on The Sporkful. Previously, she hosted and produced Science Diction, from the public radio show Science Friday. Her work has appeared on the Atlas Obscura podcast, The Brian Lehrer Show, and the WNYC newsroom. Before working in audio, she taught English in rural Japan, where she once ate 52 pieces of sushi in one sitting.
