Sporkful fan Cody from Seattle created this sinful demonchild of cake and cheeseburger. Is it a hideous monster or a clever course-melding time saver? Tell us in the comments. Cody says it was "surprisingly good. I wouldn't go so far as to say it was delicious, but the savory mixed with the sweet worked. I actually think it could have benefited from even more sweet. Frosting could have literally been the icing on the cake."
More than anyone else, Mary Shelley seems to have inspired this particular creation. But we'll take our share of the blame (credit?), since we did something evil with burgers in our waffle in a recent Slate video. (Speaking of Slate videos, we just put a new one up. Check it out.) /markCheeseburger Cake Collision: Horror or Brilliance?
