Grilled Sandwich Smackdown (AUDIO)

In Sporkful Episode 141, Dan hosts the Second Annual Brooklyn Grilled Sandwich Smackdown, a fundraiser for The Amazing Garden in Brooklyn, and talks to chefs and participants about what constitutes a grilled sandwich, as well as strategy at such events for chefs and eaters.
