Junior Eaters Test Revolutionary Pizza Consumption Techniques

Elsie and Clara Smith of Brooklyn, NY, have been hard at work testing the pizza slice and chicken wing consumption techniques that I cover in my new Cooking Channel web series, You're Eating It Wrong. (Pizza video here, wings video here.)

Elsie, age 10 (above), and Clara, age 7 (below) like the Meat Umbrella approach for eating wings and the Crust Removal and Insertion technique for eating pizza. But they say that the Inside-Out Fold left too much sauce on their faces. As you can see from the below image, Clara's research was so intensive that it jarred a tooth loose.

For their efforts, Clara and Elsie will be inducted into The Sporkful Junior Eaters Society. Welcome Clara and Elsie!

Remember that your kids can be members too. Entry is free, just email me with visual evidence of their passion for eating in general or The Sporkful in particular, and they'll get certificates in the mail!
