Heinz Unveils New Ketchup Packets, Becomes Slightly Less Outdated

Heinz has unveiled a new type of ketchup packet and I must say, it's a huge step forward...into the more recent past. Let's face it, the ketchup packets we all grew up with were inferior in almost every way. You can't get all the ketchup out of them without also getting it on your hands. If you want to spread it evenly and you don't have a knife, you need to use the side of the packet to clumsily mush it around. If you want to dip, you need to find a suitable surface to squeeze the ketchup on to, which partly eliminates the benefit of having portable ketchup in the first place. Well the new packet aims to eliminate most of those problems, by offering you the choice between dipping and spreading outlets. It's clearly a long overdue improvement, but I still foresee problems spreading without utensils.

Check out the photos below and tell us what you think. And if anyone out there encounters one of these packets, write a review, email it to us at thesporkful@gmail.com, and we'll publish it here. /dp
