The first run of Dan's cascatelli pasta sold out in under two hours. Eater called it "spring's hottest drop." It's on sale now, it's just taking us a while to fill all the orders.

To help spread the word we're teaming up with a few folks who you heard in our special podcast series on Dan's quest to invent the new shape -- Kenji Lopez-Alt, Sohla El-Waylly, and Samin Nosrat!

Here's how it works: Buy as many entry tickets as you like, using the button below. Each ticket is one entry into the pool. The more tickets you buy, the more money we raise and the better your chances of winning. Dan will match donations up to $2500. We'll donate all proceeds to Feeding America, Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and National Black Farmers Association.

There will be five winners. Each will win a prize pack containing a box of cascatelli from the very first run, a jar of sauce that Dan hand-picked, and a commemorative postcard.
