Boxed wine is cool again! Or, for many of us, it continues to be cool. In this Good to Know video, Alie and Georgia make the case for boxed wine:

- It stays fresh longer.

- Packaging is more environmentally friendly.

- Four bottles of wine fit in one box. (Experts agree that more wine is better.)

Alie and Georgia say you should ask someone at your local wine store for a recommendation, because there's a pretty wide range in boxed wine quality. If you want to serve it in an especially classy way you can transfer it to a carafe, but why hide it? It's a conversation starter. Perhaps soon all beverages will be served in boxes.
