Everything You Need To Know About Cascatelli, The New Pasta Shape From The Sporkful’s Dan Pashman

Dan's new pasta shape, cascatelli, has been named one of Time Magazine's 100 Best Inventions of 2021!

Buy the original Cascatelli by Sporkful pasta, along with Quattrotini and Vesuvio, the two additional shapes Dan teamed up with Sfoglini to make. Cascatelli is also available nationwide at Whole Foods and many Wal-mart locations. All three shapes are at The Fresh Market, Central Market in Texas, and lots of specialty stores. If you don't see it in your store, ask for it!

Buy Cascatelli by Sporkful made from chickpeas (gluten free!) from Banza here or nationwide at Whole Foods.

To hear the story of Dan's three year quest to make cascatelli, listen to The Sporkful's "Mission: ImPASTAble" series on our website, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts. The New York Times named the series one of the 10 Best Podcasts of 2021. We recommend you listen in order from the beginning.
